What is a Mattress Trial?

A mattress trial allows you to test a mattress at home for up to 60 nights to ensure it suits you. If it doesn’t, you can request an exchange. 

How It Works:

1. Purchase: Buy a mattress covered by our 60-Day Comfort Trial.

2. Sleep on It: Use it at home for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust.

3. Decide: If it’s not right, request an exchange after 30 days (from delivery date).

Trial Terms:

• Adjustment Period: Sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights.

• Exchange Window: Request an exchange after 30 days, up to 60 days.

• Exchange Process: Provide your reason for exchange and a photo of the mattress. Exchanges are for the same brand and size only. 

Important Notes:

• Use a mattress protector from day one to prevent damage.

• £89.99 collection and handling fee applies, payable before the exchange.

Exchange Terms:

• Upgrade: Pay the difference for a more expensive mattress.

• Downgrade: Receive a credit note valid for 180 days.

Returned Mattresses:

• Never resold.

• Cleaned, checked, and either donated or sent to clearance outlets.

• Doorstep-only collection/delivery.

• Returns must be wrapped in clear protective packaging.

• Only one exchange allowed per purchase.

• Beds and bedding are not eligible for the comfort trial.
